Please read before submitting a new claim.

InsuraGuest covers up to $10,000 ($60/mo subscription) or $25,000 ($90/mo subscription) for property damage, guest injuries, or theft that occur at your vacation rental property during a guest stay after the original subscription date.

Property Damage Claims: Click the Property Damage tab below, then select the checkbox next to the damaged item on our Covered Items List. Upload one photo that clearly shows the damage. InsuraGuest covers specific items at predetermined repair or replacement costs—images of purchase receipts or repair estimates will be ignored. Click the button next to the amount in the Repair or Replacement column depending on whether the item can be repaired or must be replaced. Remember to fill in the Zelle account email or phone number details where we can send approved claims payments. Click here to learn more about how to get paid. If you don't see the Property Damage tab below, see Account Health Status. Please upload images that match the description of the item. If you have an item that is damaged but not on the Covered Items List, the item is not covered and the claim will be declined. Please upload only JPG (JPEG) format images less than 2mg in file size. If you upload images larger than 2mg, the system will produce and error message.

Guest Injury Claims: Click the Guest Injury tab below, fill out the form with the proper details, and click Submit. You will need the injured guest’s medical insurance policy and provider information and all medical expense receipts including payments made by the guest's insurance provider.

We pay out claims through Zelle. To receive your claim payout, we need to verify the email and phone number you use with Zelle.
